Yakults are these probiotic drinks here where we live. They are delivered to us on Mondays by the "yakult ladies" and come in plastic containers. The bottles are about two inches tall and are 65 ml. We drink them daily because it says so on the container to do so. It says it is a "Fermented milk drink" and stuff. I guess that means it is healthy...

I've been wondering about that "fermented" part. Is it really supposed to keep us from getting a stomache ache, or give us one?
